1) Go to www.pomacy.com.my and log in with your email and password.
2) Click the dropdown menu on the profile icon (top right corner of the page).
Select Upgrade Account.
3) Complete all required fields to upgrade your account.
4) The account upgrade will be reviewed by the platform administrator. Once approved, you will receive a notification email confirming your upgrade.
5) Log back into the website to access the full platform.
Note: If you are a healthcare professional practising at multiple locations and wish to tie your profile to all your practice locations, please reach out to the platform administrator for assistance.
